The programme is to introduce Wikipedia to female secondary school leavers who are taking advances level courses in different study centres around Lugbe Abuja. The programmes will also give these students the opportunity to meet and interact will very experienced female wikipedians in Abuja so that we will be encouraged to continue to volunteer. The training/discussion will be led by Mrs Oby Ezeilo. Female participants will be urged to register through a google form. Only registered persons who are 17 years and above will participate. All the friendly space policy of Wikipedia will be complied with including display of contacts of the organiser, non-display of offending contents, copies of the youth safety plan will be made available for event attendees etc. we will hold hols one online training/ edit a thon on 14 July 2023 and one physical session on 21 July 2023. The national covid restriction rules will be adopted as participants will spaced out, wearing face mask and using hand sanitizer.
