International Women’s Day is a campaign that seeks to celebrate the works of women no matter where they are in the world and also ensuring equity for them.

Last year we had the opportunity to speak to Kira Wisniewski, the Executive Director of Art+Feminism on Wiki Update and other females as within the Wikispace or Wikiverse. This year, we have decided to go beyond the Wikiverse during this day of women and tell touching stories that will have impact on the women community at large.
