CreativeMornings FieldTrip: Learn How to Edit with Art+Feminism
FieldTrips are meetups to interact, learn and collaborate in an effort to level-up your creative life. Built on top of our 20,000 monthly attendees at CreativeMornings talks, FieldTrips are community-organized events built on the spirit of generosity that has powered CreativeMornings events for the past 10 years.
In this FieldTrip, led by Kira Wisniewski, Executive Director of Art+Feminism (and CM/Baltimore host + co-organizer) and Amber Berson, Co-Lead Organizer of Art+Feminism and former Wikipedian-in-Residence at Concordia University Library, we’ll do a brief overview of why editing is important (like how Priya Parker doesn’t have a Wikipedia page, but her husband Anand Giridharadas does!). And we’ll get hands-on, teaching attendees how to get started with editing. Participants will leave the session with everything they need to continue editing and contributing to the tenth most visited website in the world! All gender expressions welcomed and no experience required!
